My name is Dwayne,
and today we're going to show you
how to open your garage door
if your remote doesn't work.
First step is to unlock the release
that releases the door
from the garage door opener.
Put the key in the tumbler,
turn,

and pull out.
That gives you access to the release cable.
Pull on the release cable
and that will unlock the door
so that it can be pulled up manually.
Step two
is to unlock the manual lock
to the garage door.
Put the key in the lock
and turn.
Turn the handle so that it's vertical.
Pull up on the handle
at the bottom of the door,
and you have access to your garage.
