hi I'm Patrick Cole and I'm here today
to talk about how to reset your iPhone
without connecting to iTunes so you may
be giving your phone to someone else and
you want to wipe it clear you may have
an issue with your phone and you want to
just reset it whatever the reason if you
want to reset your phone without
connecting to iTunes pretty easy here's
how we do it we go to settings then we
go to general from general and scroll to
the bottom till we see the reset button
we hit the reset button then we have
different options here if you've reset
all settings that will reset all the

settings information on your phone like
your Wi-Fi password this can be handy if
you're having issues with your phone it
can just clear it out
you don't actually lose any data apart
from information that you don't really
interact with so it's a good way to to
troubleshoot your iPhone if you're
having some difficulty with it but if
you want to just reset your phone back
to the factory settings you're going to
use erase all content and settings be
careful because you're going to lose
everything if you do this but if that's
what you want to do that's how you do it

you go to your settings go to general
reset erase all content and settings and
